CeRe is an important voice in the Romanian civic landscape, providing resources for public participation, advocating for and supporting the rights of people when dealing with the public administration. They, in turn, need the support of citizens to be able to continue their vital support. So they're organizing a fundraising event with a twist. 

Loosely translated as ”Civic Abilities”, the fundraiser makes double use of civic resources: CeRe got offered services or products of the highest quality that they then auction off to other civic minded individuals. They also used as many donated resources as possible, including illustrated goodies from well known artists or visual communication materials. 

The concept came from Silvia Boeriu (their communication coordinator extraordinaire) and I was asked to create a Key Visual around it, adapt the visual for a few formats, and design an auction catalog. They used used it both in digital form (spread by spread) to entice the audience prior to the event, and in a printed form to be used at the event. I challenged myself with the catalog, wanted to make the best use of small images and offer the content an elegant and attractive look.
